The German Village Haus und Garten Tour is an event filled with traditions and surprises, much like the neighborhood it showcases.
German Village opens its doors and garden gates for the 48th Annual Haus und Garten Tour on Sunday, June 24, 2007. Visitors are cordially invited for this day-long celebration of renowned designs and award-winning restorations. Guests may meander through the 14 sites at their own pace, while stopping to enjoy the gardening demonstrations, shopping opportunities and a wide array of dining options throughout the Village.

Historic German Village just one mile south of the Ohio Statehouse at the southern edge of downtown Columbus.
Why
To provide tour guests a glimpse of quality preservation and innovative design in the nineteen properties chosen as this year's tour. We think of the event as a "tour of inspiration" for visitors from any community where civic pride and cohesiveness are objectives for the neighborhood.

$15.00 in advance / $20.00 Day of Tour
Advance tickets can be ordered by calling the German Village Society at 614-221-8888 or visiting www.germanvillage.com. Advance tickets can be charged to your Visa, Mastercard or American Express and will be held under your last name for pick up the day of Tour at the German Village Meeting Haus located at 588 South Third Street. No tickets will be mailed.

Cost: $15 per person
Tickets purchased online prior to June 15th will be mailed. Tickets purchased between June 15th and June 22th will be available at "Will Call" (588 South Third Street).
Parking
Public & Bus Satellite parking is available at the Grange Insurance lots located on the corner of South Front Street and Sycamore Street just off South High Street. A complimentary shuttle will be running a regular route from the parking lot to the Meeting Haus.
