Handicap accessibility:
Most areas of the festival are wheelchair accessible. Wheelchair friendly porta-potties are available at the festival site. Handicapped parking is available in various parking and lots.
Parking: Subject to Change
Event parking is available at COSI and Veterans Memorial parking lots. German Village residents may take a complimentary shuttle from Schiller Park Recreation Center. The shuttle will leave Schiller Park on the half hour and return from Genoa Park on the hour throughout the event.
Credit Cards:
During the festival, credit cards will be accepted for purchase of admission and beverage tickets.
Pets at the Festival:
Pets are not permitted on the festival grounds, but we welcome assistance dogs.
Automatic Teller Machine (ATM):
If you are short on cash at the festival, an automated Huntington National Bank teller machine is on-site, located inside the festival gates near the entrance.
Lost and Found:
During the festival, please check with any security volunteer or visit the German Village Society Information booth located near the entrance gate. After the festival, please call the German Village Society, 614-221-8888 or email lcasale@germanvillage.com.
