WINE SALES:
Collect tickets, pour wine, and check identification.
HOSPITALITY AMBASSADORS:
Be a part of the friendliest and cleanest festival in Columbus. Greet and assist Oktoberfest patrons in the entertainment tents, maintain seating arrangements, keep tables clean, and police trash containers.
ENTERTAINMENT:
Assist entertainers when needed, help with special events at assigned tent, and distribute entertainer evaluations to audience members. Volunteers also introduce and thank acts when radio and TV personalities are not available.
GERMAN VILLAGE SOCIETY BOOTH:
Provide information about the event, provide information about German Village historic neighborhoods and sell merchandise.
SECURITY:
Patrol site, report any problems to Columbus Police Officers, Communications, and the Operations Committee.
BEVERAGE TICKET SALES:
Sell beverage tickets from the booths on the event grounds.
PEPSI SALES:
Collect tickets and serve Pepsi products from Pepsi booth.
VOLUNTEER CHECK-IN:
Admit volunteers, check them in, and direct them to appropriate committee booths.
KINDERPLATZ:
Assist with a wide variety of craft activities and help our young visitors have fun. Kinderplatz is geared toward preschoolers and their families.
